Art for Earth Day Gallery Hop

Annie Dugan says in Canada, your doctor might write you a prescription to go look at art.

Prescription or not, you'll hardly be able to miss art this week.  49 years after the first Earth Day, 29 years after the first Art for Earth Day Gallery Hop, the Twin Ports continues its fine tradition of celebrating the natural world and the artists who remind us why we live here.

28 years later, folks are still hopping around local galleries to look at art and watch it being created.

Dan Neff, owner of Lake Superior Art Glass, shared more about the event with KUMD's Adam Reinhardt.

Where's the best art opening this week?  What shows are closing?  Are there any calls-for-entries anywhere?  Annie Dugan brings you a comprehensive look at Where's Art every Monday morning at 8:20am on Northland Morning.
